✅ What's Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: Fading from regular sunlight exposure
- Adhesive Failure: Label loses stickiness under normal conditions
- Lamination Issues: Edges peeling or laminate separation
- QR Code Degradation: Code becomes unscannable from regular use
- Weather Damage: Damage from rain, humidity, or temperature changes
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship
❌ What's Not Covered
- Intentional Damage: Deliberate destruction or misuse
- Extreme Abuse: Excessive scratching, cutting, or tearing
- Chemical Exposure: Damage from harsh chemicals or solvents
- Improper Application: Damage from applying to unsuitable surfaces
- Lost or Stolen Items: Labels on items that are lost or stolen
⚠️ Important: Each order is eligible for ONE warranty replacement during the 24-month
period. Warranty replacement orders (starting with "WR-") are not eligible for additional warranty claims.
